DRIVE ARRIVE executive transfers

Due to the huge success of previous Aston Martin events we have been asked to supply 22 V Classes for the start and finish of another event at their facilities at Gaydon and Silverstone.

Around 60 of their US dealers will be visiting over the four days and will need transferring from LHR on the 11th with their return on 14th with their other travel while here being done by coaches. They have stated they only want 3 passengers to a vehicle and they will have a lot of luggage.

Monday 11th From LHR up to Fawsley Hall, Daventry and the Stratford Upon Avon area. Flights will land in the morning and early afternoon and drivers will be required to sit off near LHR and wait to be called in by a greeter to be handed your passengers and given your destination. We may be able to set three phases for drivers and these will be set rates for these transfers. Rates £310.00 + VAT for Fawsley Hall and £330,00 + VAT for Stratford upon Avon + £6.00 short stay car park.

Thursday 14th Return all passengers in the morning, 3 to a car again from hotels to LHR and these will be at a set rate again for these transfers. Rates £310.00 + VAT for Fawsley Hall and £330,00 + VAT for Stratford upon Avon + £5.00 drop off.

 

All of the above will be managed by on-site greeter/s who will liaise with you over timings and destinations so it will be quite easy. You will be required to download and configure the CDS (Chauffeur Drive Systems) app if you don't already have it as the jobs and any important updates will be set via this platform.

Payment terms are 21 days after we receive your invoice.

2) Your full name.

3) Your mobile number you will use during this task.

4) Your e mail address you will use during this task.

5) The model (LWB or EXLWB), colour, fuel type, registration number and number of passengers seats of your V Class.

6) A good close up business like head and shoulders image of yourself in a suit (Needed for the CDS app)

7) A good clear front 45 degree photo of your clean vehicle clearly showing the reg no (Needed for the CDS app)

8) Whether you have the CDS app.

9) Which days you can do.
