DRIVE ARRIVE executive transfers
For Sale, Drive Arrive.......... 'Sold'
I formed Drive Arrive on July 9th 2015 and 9 years later, approaching 64, it's time to plan for an eventual retirement and sell the business. That said, as I've worked incredibly hard making this multi award winning business the most respected executive Private Hire/Chauffeuring company locally, I have devised a sensible transition plan to ensure Drive Arrive continues to grow and maintain its reputation and professional standing.
For several years we have utilised a state of the art and industry leading cloud booking and driver dispatch system. This vast database is a tangible asset which to date includes 251 client accounts, (not including clients who book via the web portals) has been used to book and communicate with 660 passengers, to collaborate with 109 drivers with 119 vehicles and 16 Chauffeur Drive Systems (CDS) partners. This database is a valuable asset which will be available to the successful purchaser and will provide a ready-made list of regular and loyal clients upon log in. We have Lee who is our freelance operations manager who is also a CDS user and private hire operator from Essex. Lee is able to switch on and off from the admin and driver allocations etc as required for a small percentage of bookings he handles. His vast industry experience would enable the purchaser to have as much or as little involvement as required.
When I started Drive Arrive as the only driver, I quickly developed a strong business relationship with clients. As the business grew I had to recruit drivers and call upon associate drivers more and more, I was concerned that losing some of the personal touch might damage the business. However, it turned out to be the opposite because by using carefully selected high calibre drivers and by continuing to provide a professional, safe, reliable and friendly service, expanding had only positive effects and customers continued to appreciate the more comprehensive service provided. Having a wide range of associates provided the infrastructure to enable Drive Arrive to simply get jobs covered which of course improves the profitability, something which wouldn’t have been possible staying small and personal and without our extensive network of associates.
Clients have been putting their trust in me as Drive Arrives owner for 9 years and although the business expansion has gone extremely well, it could be expected for a very small number of clients to have some concerns about a change of ownership. For this reason I propose to stay in the business as a mentor, driver trainer and consultant for up to two years. This would ensure a seamless transition to the new owner and the absolute best chance of client retention.
Included in the sale price would be the long established, comprehensive, highly ranked and Google friendly website, the active Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube platforms and the ongoing professionally managed and successful Google Adwords campaign.
