Temporary change to our in-terminal meet & greet service.

While the travel industry is recovering from Covid we are temporarily changing the way we perform our in-terminal meet and greet service.


Passengers are often experiencing around a 2+ hour delay after landing at Heathrow to clear immigration & security before getting their baggage. Airport staffing levels appear to be drastically reduced so to avoid excessive car parking charges, which have gone up twice in 5 months we are changing how we manage meet & greets.


We are keen to get you on your onward journey as quickly as possible without any further delay. We will sit off as close as we can to the terminal while tracking your flight & ask you to liaise with your chauffeur once you have cleared the long security/passport queue & when your baggage is starting to arrive. This will mean your chauffeur can get into the arrivals hall at about the same time as you which will keep the excessive car parking charges & congestion to a minimum.


Obviously as the situation stabilises we will revert back to our normal service where we are in arrivals before you come through.
