Maybe you have a table booked at your favourite restaurant to celebrate? Our 'as directed' or wait and return service might be brilliant for you to leave the car at home and be chauffeured in style and safety. With many airlines resuming flights as well we are ready to re start our operations and will be delighted to serve you once again.


While our vehicles have remained fully insured, licensed and taxed throughout the Covid 19 pandemic business came to a shuddering halt at the end of March.

For clients not already benefitting from generous spending milestone discounts we are optimistic our 10% discount code* and the proposed cut in VAT will help and get the wheels of business turning once again. With this code prices are now very competitive with bog standard taxi and minicabs but instead our multi award winning executive and luxury cars and service come as standard. Obviously we can still be contacted and booked the way you have been used to if this is what you prefer.

We've mentioned in an earlier blog how we are going above and beyond with our safety protocols around Covid-19 with advanced vehicle dry fogging and disinfecting in line with current government guidelines and common sense. Continuing to uphold our duty of care towards clients with PPE we are now providing free face masks and hand sanitiser to all passengers who need them as part of our commitment to passenger and driver safety. Believing 1st class communication, reassurance and service is key to any successful business I've spent a lot of time configuring our secure cloud booking system. This now provides so many more useful features and client portals which keep clients, PA's, bookers and passengers informed and up to date. The status of every hire is automatically confirmed within seconds to clients via the system or our chauffeurs apps at every stage of the hire, from booking right through to dropping off the passengers, all parties are kept fully updated.

If you are a traveller without the luxury of a PA or booker we have not left you out of our developments.

A new Drive Arrive passenger app (below) is available where you too will have have all the information at your fingertips and of course the ability to very quickly book new transfers with us.


Bookings can be made via these portals and the app and clients who use them can enjoy a 3% discount on prices as this represents a saving on admin for us which we feel is only right to pass on to you.


Customers who already use this facility absolutely love it for its ease and convenience but it doesn't mean they lose the personal and friendly contact our bespoke chauffeuring service has offered and still continues to offer.


So with our website looking rather good with new images, major developments in the booking system, auto pricing enabled, discount codes added and dynamic free client and passenger tools we have used the lockdown time wisely to bring you a new and exciting customer experience. While sadly some private hire operators and owner drivers throughout the UK have ceased trading I am extremely grateful to you, our loyal customers who have supported us in business since we started trading on July 9th 2015. It is thanks to your amazing commitment to us we have been able to ride the storm financially and I personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.


Myself, Peter, our new driver Leanne (who I'll bring you more news of once she is able to start the licensing process) and our 23 fantastic owner driver associates are ready and waiting.
