As your chauffeur gets en route to your pick up he will alert you with an automatic reassuring text message via his app. You will receive another as he arrives at the designated pick up. Within these messages will be a link which if you click on it will show you a photo of your driver, a photo of your car and an eMap which you can pinch and zoom to show his live location right to your door.
