With a Covid-19 vaccine now being rolled out throughout Cambridgeshire and Milton Keynes, business travellers not having to quarantine and a very effective Google Adwords marketing campaign we are starting to see an increase in bookings. As an essential service we have remained busy and very resilient throughout and have kept both our own cars fully licensed, taxed and insured with our associates remaining available too.

I've been working hard on configuring more of our secure cloud booking system which many of you have experienced and have recently added a number of useful functions.


Online booking - Click www.drivearrive.co.uk/get-quote to get a speedy quote and easily book a car.

Automatic confirmations - Updates at every stage of your hire to keep you fully informed and reassured.

Chauffeur and vehicle details - Confirmations with a photo of your driver, their number and details of the vehicle.

Driver and vehicle tracking - Passengers and bookers can see the location of their chauffeur on an eMap.

Client portals - A portal gateway into our booking system where you can easily view, manage and add hires.

Passenger app - Passengers can have their own app for full management, booking and updates of hires.

Drivers app - Our drivers use an app to update you with the status of your hire at every stage.

5pm reassurance message - The day before all passengers receive an additional confirmation of their booking.

Google API - We use Google maps and their traffic algorithms to accurately plan journey times.

Discount scheme - Offer of 5% and 10% discounts upon reaching spending milestones.

what3words - Integration of w3w for 3 metre accuracy on pick up and drop off locations.

While airport transfers have been sparse since March we have been busy with private transfers for clients wanting safe Covid-19 compliant travel. These have included private hospital transfers, essential business travel into and out of London on 'as directed' wait-and-returns and driving family members who want to avoid public transport.


Our Audi A8 is a four wheel drive quattro meaning it is far more versatile than conventional two wheel drive vehicles when temperatures drop and snow falls. Our promise to you this winter is if you have booked our Mercedes E Class, (executive) and the conditions prevent the use of it, and the A8 (luxury) is available we will freely upgrade you to this vehicle so you can complete your journey.


An Apple Music account is available by request through our Bang and Olufsen system in the A8. Passengers can stream their favourite music while travelling with us or we can compile playlists to make special occasions like weddings or birthdays even more special.


In the next few days a new driver will be joining our growing team. Covid-19 has hampered the council licensing process but ex forces driver Leanne's licensing will finally be complete and she will be licensed and insured to drive our Audi A8 limousine and Mercedes E Class Estate.
